Refund Policy – Onaylat – SMS Onay

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided through test.ahmetaksoy.tr and its subdomains.


1. Nature of Digital Services

All services offered on test.ahmetaksoy.tr are digital services and are delivered instantly upon order confirmation.

These services include one-time SMS and mobile verification services. Once an SMS verification code has been successfully delivered to the user, the service is deemed to have been fully performed.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers lose the right to cancel once a digital service has been fully rendered.
Accordingly, no refunds are issued after successful SMS delivery.


2. Failed Transactions and Automatic Refunds

If a purchased number fails to receive an SMS code or if an order is marked as “failed”, the corresponding service fee will be automatically refunded in full to the user’s Onaybox account balance, without any deductions.

If the user requests a refund to their bank card, the refund will be processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction.

The refunded balance may be used for future purchases on any available service or country offered on the Onaybox platform.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The SMS verification code has been successfully received

  • The user selects an incorrect service or country

  • The verification code is entered incorrectly or after it has expired

  • The user closes the verification page or loses internet connection during the process

  • Issues occur on third-party platforms (e.g. application-side errors, account bans, or platform restrictions)

test.ahmetaksoy.tr is solely responsible for SMS delivery to the assigned number. Any issues occurring after successful delivery are outside our responsibility.


4. Cancellation Rights and Time Frame

Users may cancel their order within 20 minutes, provided that no SMS code has been received, by clicking the “Cancel” button on the orders page.

In such cases, the full amount will be automatically refunded to the user’s Onaybox balance.

If no SMS code is received within the 20-minute period, the system will automatically cancel the order and return the balance to the user’s account.


5. Refund Process and Support

All refunds are processed automatically by the system.

All inquiries are reviewed within 48 hours, and responses are provided via email.


6. Currency and Taxation

Payments may be processed in GBP, USD, or TRY.

Applicable taxes (including VAT, where relevant) are included or excluded as clearly stated on the payment page.


7. Legal Basis

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

For users located in the Republic of Türkiye, this policy also fulfills the disclosure requirements of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
